One Tree Hill celebrated long years of success in television as it names several Hollywood stars including Bethany Joy Galeotti, Hilarie Burton and the most beneficiary, Sophia Bush who was named among the best fashion icon in Hollywood.
It also gave credit to character/ director James Lafferty and Hollywood's epitome of body cravings, Chad Michael Murray.
Indeed, Mark Schwahn (One Tree Hill's producer/ director/ writer) was successful in giving One Tree Hill a 7 season success in television ratings.
